Category:Biology pages with wikidata item specified in VN

This category is automatically filled with pages using {{VN}} with parameter useWikidata=Qxxx.
In these pages, you can see in the VN header the text [Edit specified wikidata 'XXXX' where 'specified' means 'with parameter useWikidata'.

There are valid 4 cases:

• Category:Acanthisittidae uses Template:Acanthisittidae that uses {{VN|useWikidata=}}

  (You can detect it by the presence of 2 'edit' like [edit][edit specified wikidata 'XXXX'] in VN header)

• Category:Clamator uses {{VN|useWikidata=}} because it is included in Clamator

  (See WhatLinksHere with hide-links that shows two lines)

• Galliformes uses multiple VN with useWikidata for each genus.
• Category:Bycanistes bucinator uses {{VN|useWikidata=Q1262205}} because Bycanistes bucinator is already linked to 'Trumpeter Hornbill' (Q1262205) and there cannot be a category item in wikidata for a species

  This use-case is temporary, because another solution will be implemented in {{VN}} to connect to wikidata.

  Sadly it will be difficult to remove useWikidata= from those categories due to the three previous cases

  So, you should avoid such use and wait.

There are cases where useWikidata=Qxxx should not be used:

• Category:Brachynemurus was using useWikidata and was not included in other pages

• Species category when there is no species gallery
